Here at Angling Active we offer a range of knives for filleting and general outdoor use. Filleting knives are specifically used for cutting fish and removing the bones. These are large serrated knives designed to easily cut through any species you might want to catch and cook. We also have a range of lightweight pen/hunting style knives that are great for skinning, carving and any other lighter tasks. These knives have short fold in blades so they can be easily stowed away when not in use.
