Boat fishing rod holders are used to hold the angler’s rods securely either when fishing or during transport. Fixed rod holders are bolted or screwed to the boat for a permanent fixture or some rod holders feature a clamp so they can easily be removed and moved between boats.
Some rod holders are designed to hold the rod when it’s fishing with a bait in the water and others are designed for storage, holding one or more rods safely when moving between spots.
